Hm, there's some imagery from the Bible, like Jesus' ministry on the earth - teaching, feeding, glory!.!.!.

Could this be about your friend who is a follower of Jesus, and she is in the world, but not of the world!? Hence, she is "Sheerly Joyful", "Handmaid of God" and "not for her Country"!?
