Question: Can anyone give any information on Jack Davitt!?

I was asked by my brother to search for Jack Davitt on the net for a poem/song!. when I asked him for more info he text me the following "It was Jack Davitt (aka Rudyard Kippling) called Geordie muddling or something similar!.
Searches for Jack Davitt and Geordie Muddling draw blanks and Rudyard Kippling does not mention any thing of a pseudonym poem or story fitting any of the aboveWww@QuestionHome@Com

"Shipyard Muddling" appears to be the title of a book by Jack Davitt!. "Ripyard Cuddling" appears to be either Davitt's pseudonym or a character he created!.
