I damn the phone for its silence
life altering call still doesn't arrive
waiting, waiting, no word comes
will he live or will he die!?

I curse the fact that my hands are tied
wringing them while his fate I await
anything, anything I can conquer
yet the unknown is victorious now!.

I will succumb to the inevitable
and submit to its rightful place
mustering, mustering my courage

Our sons will be the closest things to torture we have ever gone through it seems, yours in his way mine in another!.

I have found it easier to distance myself as much as is possible from the separation and it's pain!. My hope is gone and if I should hear a voice I will be grateful for it but for now I must let him go on his own and find his own way hopefully back to his mothers love!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
