Poems or song verses based on....?

Question: Poems or song verses based on!.!.!.!.!?

im needing a poem or a song verse or 2, that say thank you/goodbye/good luck!.

Me and 2 friends are leaders of this group of 30 girls and have been all year!. The girls are age from 12 - 17!. And we want to give them a small poem type thing just to say thank you (along with something else)!.

Does anyone have any suggestions - And yes religion can be involved in it as it is a Catholic group!.
