Question: English Poetry, Your Own Words!?
How could i phrase this sentance differently!?
:

The first theme of love, which is portrayed in the poem, is the possession that can emerge!. This is presented to the reader mainly through language and is highlighted on a number of occasions throughout the poem!.

This is about Robert Browning's poem, "My Last Duchess" and is an analysis!. Thank you

Most of that doesn't need to be said at all; that kind of wordiness is only useful to people who are trying to pad out an English paper to the minimum length!. :-) The rest of us would say it much more simply!.

"One of the primary themes of the poem is the jealous and possessive aspect of love, which we see in the Duke's increasingly harsh criticism of the late Duchess's behavior!."Www@QuestionHome@Com
