The Trials and Tribulations of Medium Height Shoppers

Trapped in a vortex,
Identical to Shop Rite's aisle 10!.
I stand in despair looking for the long
Handled thingy with crab like fingers,
To help me seize my prey!.

My prey,
A clever box of Wheaties
Holding court on the top shelf!.
I endure several attention grabbing leaps,
Without success!.
I will not be beaten!.
I will press on!.
Well!.!.I!.!.!.!.will you know!.

I am not a quitter!
I will not be defeated!
Nay, not for my stature!
I will not succumb to either shopping,
Or vertical challenges!.

The Wheaties must have been on sale!.They put them were it is hard to reach them!.Or, they are not a big seller!.Ever tried to reach something in those Big Box Stores!?
