I really enjoyed your poem! I'm glad I read it!. it shows a lot about the type of person yu are & how much yu care about people whom you are close!.Keep writing & keep expressing yourself like you do here!. I can see you're going to be a great writer AND a great friend, too!. also, try keeping a journal & writing your feelings about things in there!. It may help you come up with some ideas for future poems & it will always help you relieve any stress you may have in your life!. The best poets have been the ones with the most feelings,good & bad!. The ONLY thing I would change is,the expression you were looking for in your line about "sitting here for days on in" is actually an "old" expression that I wouldn't expect you to know,but it's "days on end"!.
