Uneven ground weakened knees approach
knowing false footing to cause stress!.
Yet safe, even road you've walked before
became boring, it took you nowhere!.

Ever so carefully you take first step
loose rock slips, ankle is twisted but
disabled not, so decide to venture on
feeling new pain uneven path brings!.

Foot stumbles in small gutter unseen
muscle pulled in groin as result
but committed you find you now are
to finish this choice you have made!.

Walk over, your fortitude proven,
ankle wrapped, ice packs upon knees
pondering journey's risks well taken

Sometimes, but I really fail to see the gain in enduring the pain of endometriosis!. What do I have to gain by that!? I was just taken off the pill and now I've got to deal with all that pain again!. I think it was coming back anyway!. The doctor doesn't want to take all that stuff I don't use anyway OUT!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

about 25 years ago, while on a hike, i tripped on a slippery slate ledge, and oh my gosh i thought for sure both my knees were broken, it hurt so bad!. but eventually i got up and continued on!. for the last few years though, my knees have given me all sorts of grief!. in fact, lately i seem to be feeling every injury i've ever had!Www@QuestionHome@Com

my mother used to have a cute T shirt!. Said "No Pain, No Gain!." I think the only time she ever wore it was when I came over to the house!. True and good poem though!. If everything was coming up roses I might think I was doing something right!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
