In Times of Need

In times of need I call to thee
My solace to obtain
To procure serenity
That does this heart maintain

In anguish I implore to thee
My grievance sure to hear
My world befallen in calamity
From darkness to heavenward near

In helplessness I beseech you
To spare my hellish life
Of allies and weapons I have few
A life filled with much strife

In darkness I beseech to thee
To light my way afore
Wherever I should to flee
You have come before!.

With heartened love I give to thee
My blessing and my love
Your days in peace and happy be
Gods cherished little loves!.!.!.
