I've been doing voluntary work since being very young, and love to help out in the community whenever I possibly can !.!.!. I'm just a girl who can't say "no"!. I don't confine my mitzvahs (mitzvot) to just one day but try to incorporate something into every day that benefits someone else - even the smallest act of kindness or thoughtfulness can make a big difference to that person!. Every other Tuesday!. A very sweet lady who suffers with MS and according to the state, living on disability she makes too much money to qualify for any other assistance!. What the hell happened to this country!?

Yes, I volunteer in a Nursing Home!. I have a cold so I don`t think I am going today!. I don`t like getting the residents sicker than they already are!. Some of them have respiratory problems and they don`t need a cold on top of that!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I used to do it on Tuesdays, but then one of my favorite 'girls' in the Old Folks Home passed away!. I may be going back soon!. The 'girls' will have a long, cold winter without a Cat to warm up their spirits!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I sip tea with Mrs!. P each evening (if possible) and then fix stuff for her and haul out her trash!. And to think, I was baptized a Catholic against my will!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
