The school day begins as I open the door
People saying hi and the teacher yelling in anger
A football is being thrown back and fourth,
only for teacher to take it away!.
The announcements are ignored, though they are very loud
and the sight of incomplete homework is seen,
with a rush to get it done!.
The handouts are falling to the ground,
as a result of being tossed for fun!.
A rumor goes around the class,
and then a piece of paper!.
Then the sound of a bell is heard
The students rush outside,
as the teacher sighs with relief!.
And then it starts all over again!.
