How can I say it!?
Can it be done!?
Is there a hope in the world!?
To dismiss this shun!?
An impassible bridge;
A room with no doors!.
A lock with no key;
Repelling with lures!.
Could you have guessed
That all I live for
Is to reveal something-
Just a bit more!.
I know how to do it,
But how can I start it!?
How can overcome
My mindless wit!?
Beyond my limits,
Among this cay;
A journey I travel
To get myself to say:
Oh, say, how I love you
And, say, how you don’t care!.
Oh, say, how I hate you,
And, say, how much love you share!.
Does this make sense!?
Can you understand!?
Or do I waste my time
