Hello,
I do whats called a "vanity" Google search with my name in quotations!. The last 3 months the 3rd result displays my name within a poem that is hosted on Poetry!.com!. The poem contains descriptions of drugs and lifestyle, complete lies infact!. I know for a fact that some jealous person that I know has posted this on Poetry!.com and used my name in order to ruin my career!. I have been using Google, Yahoo and Metacrawler search engines ever since they were invented on the Internet, therefor I can honestly tell you that there is not one person in the world with my full name as I search the Internet to see its results for my name in the past 13 years at least!.
This poem was made to ruin my career, I have tried to contact the owner of Poetry!.com and even tried various WHOIS servers and tried to footprint information to contact the owner and ask them to take it off!. I have failed at contacting them, my emails are always returned with a failed send error [unknown email address]!.
How can I delete this poem that is threatening my career!?
Could I sue them for copyright infringement [using my name without permission]!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
