THE MARIONETTE
"Cut these strings,set me free",she screams
Of soaring in the free sky she dreams,
Dance on,dance on my pretty marionette,
Your life's in someone else's hands!.
Twirl and twist and laugh with glee,
Till your soul from your body wants to flee!.
It matters not if your heart's been broken,
For to draw your strings someone else has been chosen!.
So many faces your controller changes,
Society then circumstances then emotions your chains,
They control your limbs and make you move,
Your wish,your will then have no say,
You just dance on my pretty marionette!.!.!.
Unbreakable chains bind you dear,
Escape and you shall be free of fear,
Your own master you shall be,
No one shall have any power over thee,
Till then they shall control you,
And you shall dance on,dance on my pretty marionette!.
