My sweet Jenny

He must have been a special man
one so lucky to court you when!.
Perhaps a rose or a hand held tight!?
A cinema movie your first date!?

And life unfolded, stars twirled
yesterdays so close, years pass
your man and you wedded long
until the day his body had to pass!.

Tears flowed hearts were broken
but love mends, mends with time
and time makes memories old classics!.
Your mind the cinema now and for sure

He is still holding your hand,
my sweet Jenny!.
