Question: What do u think of this statement regarding a ROOM TRANSFER in STUDENT RESIDENCE!?
Hello!. I know this is the poetry section, but I need everybody's help in giving their opinion on this statement about a room transfer in student residence!. I have constant disputes with the other room mates in the common living space!. Here is my statement:

I am a postgraduate student that is studying for a master’s in law degree!. Currently, I am persistently very unhappy on a daily basis!. I have constant worry and stress with the current situation!. I feel that the present situation will affect my success in the postgraduate master’s degree that I have chosen to study!. I am unable to properly study in my room due to constant disputes with the other flat mates regarding noise, outside visitors, cleanliness/hygiene of the common area, and the kitchen!. These issues have affected my daily routine and appetite!. My change in diet has been more persistent on a daily basis because of the other flat mates controlling the kitchen space!. Constant disputes with the other flat mates are ongoing on a daily basis!. I am unable to get along with these other flat mates!. As a result, issues and disputes are not resolvable with these other flat mates!. I feel like an outsider that is very uncomfortable and excluded from the common space with the other flat mates!.



· Unable to get along with the other flat mates
· Constant conflicting situations with the other flat mates
· Unable to properly communicate in English with the other flat mates
o Unable to resolve constant disputes and arguments because these foreign students can’t speak English
· Unpleasant living conditions
o Food inside fridge has a constant, unpleasant odour
o Poor hygienic kitchen
o Another flat mate has occupied my storage space in the kitchen with their food items and accessories
· Frequent outside visitors of the other flat mates have caused a distraction when trying to study in my room
· Kitchen has been used as a storage area by the other flat mates
o Items such as luggage, clothing, boxes/packages, and food accessories have been stored in the kitchen
§ Unable to properly cook a meal because of items being stored on the counter-top, stove, and on the common table
· Multiple outside visitors of the other flat mates have been entering the kitchen on a daily basis during the evening hours
o As a result, I am unable to properly study in my room because of the noise interference of outside visitors in the common kitchen
o I am unable to properly cook a meal because multiple, outside visitors in the kitchen have occupied the common kitchen space as a social and party gathering facility
· My reasonable enjoyment of living space has been severely affected
o The other flat mates have been making constant noise on a daily basis which has affected my study routine
§ I am unable to properly study in my room in reasonable quietness
o Kitchen space has been controlled and occupied by the other flat mates
o Unable to properly cook a meal because of frequent outside visitors of the other flat mates which have been using the kitchen as a social gathering facility
§ Frequent outside visitors have been making constant noise on a daily basis in the kitchen which has affected my study routine in my room
· I am unable to properly study in reasonable quietness

Wow, man, you got it bad!. College was way back and we did not have most of those problems!. A law student you are!.!.!.clearly stating the problem and even listing them!. Unfortunately, you have a weak defense!. The people you are living with and around are jerks and are not interested in proper education, in all its aspects!.
A transfer may work but butt heads will still be around!.
Can't address the food situation except to eat at the cafe or eat out!. That could be expensive!.
Study as much as you can in the library!.
Study at a friend's house!.!.!.if possible!.
I study with headphones that have great noise cancellation!.
I don't know your schedule, but when I had the problem, I had the freedom to change my sleep schedule so I could work when others slept!.
I still get up at 4 a!.m!. to read, write etc when I don't have to be at work till 9:00!.
