Yes!. EGG!. Expanding Gaseous Globules!. Molecular cloud star forming regions!. And with new stars you get some really big honkers, superstars!. And they explode as supernovae and populate the EGGs with heavy elements!. And the EGGs condense and form more stars!. And in their afterbirth, I mean, in their planetary nebulae, in the Goldilocks zone, there will be planets with liquid water, and eventually pond scum, and just a little further up the evolutionary tree, poets!. Woo hoo!
