Having said that the two lines, short as they are: "so tenderly, so skillfully" is a bit of a cliche and I'm hoping that you could write that!.!.!.!.!.better!. Even if you'd said it, "so tender and skillfully, then returned - -" Because saying that he, the surgeon, held it, well, that kind of makes, "in his hands" redundant!. Just a thought!. (But that would mess up your eight line stanza though, huh!?)Www@QuestionHome@Com Yes, I do thank my natural muscle-test doctors who really know the art of working with the body!. Honestly as lovely and appreciative as your poem is, I have not appreciated the MD doctors who always rely on antibiotics and WAY too married to the pharmaceutical drug companies to cure instead of being knowledgeable of natural cures and prescribing them!. Even with a heart job - did your doctor tell you about CoQ10 and the hawthorne herb that greatly helps build your heart!. There are other trace minerals also that are crucial to your heart!. He gets a lot of money for doing the surgeries!. I have a chiropractor who muscle tests and can detect my heart weakness AND determine also which natural supplements are what my heart needs so my heart can correct itself!. As lovely as your poem is, there are better ways of treating heart conditions!. Diet is a major one!. Remove white flour and sugar and corn syrup from your diet!. Any time doctors try to give me drugs, I tell them no--I am not synthetic and there are way too many side effects that cause further problems!. Doctors know this yet continue to short-change the hope of good doctoring!. Still, I am very glad for you that your husband lives and has survived this major operation!. God bless you both very much with great love for each other and beyond!. Your poem is lovely!. I just happen to think Americans are duped into the medical community's usual protocols!. I thank them for caring for me in a professional yet personal manner!. I have also fired a few of them and sent reports of them to the AMA!. A doctor is someone we need to respect, and when we get quacks prescribing things that hurt rather than help, they need to be stopped before someone dies!. At Christmas time each year each of my doctors receive a goody basket containing homemade candies, fudge, brittle, and cakes!. None of them say no to these rich treats, but my primary care doctor doesn't imbibe, so she re-donates the treats to the children's ward at the hospital!. The ward also gets a king sized basket from me!. Our doctors keep us around for our loved ones, so yes, they need to be thanked at every visit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I had to have surgery several years ago for a problem not all too uncommon among males my age!. The surgeon who performed the operation was one of the best in his specialty in the United States if not the world!. I am proud to call him my friend as well as one of my doctors!. The surgery was necessary, urgently needed and also greatly increased my comfort!. I thank him every time I see him--about once every six months!. I thank him with a hand shake for sparing the time to see me!. I thank him for his kind understanding manner!. I thank him for his patience when he finds that I had no need to see him!. We have thanked a wonderful doctor who did surgery on my brother's back!.!.!.he did it with care, and without his help my brother would be having serious problems right now! Www@QuestionHome@Com yeppers, I have,,, most recent in fact as I just survived, barely, a pacemaker implant into a diseased over sized heart all brought on from a spider bite last summer!. without a doubt the love, as I know it, has not only survived but grown by leaps and bounds!. it is good to be alive and spending time, once again, with my friends and family!.Www@QuestionHome@Com It's wonderful!. I hug my hematologist, who saved my life twice; he is the warmest of the doctors!. I suffer with neck and back pain from an a motorcycle accident!. Wednesday I have to go in and get injections in my spine!.
