Sorrow

There were no trees, no grass,
The land was devoid of life!.
There was no music, or light,
No sign of life!.
Not one flower, or bee,
Nor birds above!.
No hope, no smiles,
No feelings of love!.
No love wasn't there!.

Only pain, and sickness!.
Hopelessness and despair!.
Not one word of comfort,
Nothing hiding a care!.
The smell of death,
Came from the very air!.
Loneliness was a coat,
Although billions were there!.

All suffering and crying,
And dreading tomorrow!.
Hell expands itself,
