Love Prolonged
Is love preferred when loves not served!?
Is love inferred or is love deserved!?
Is love deferred or does love come first!?
Do we take a test
To figure out this mess
So we can make sense
Of all the things we placate!.
Or do we test,
Test ourselves,
And create a foundation
So we can find true love in this crazy situation!.
Is love material,
Or is it unknown;
How can one find love
If loves not shown!.
Do I live for the love of it
And hope for the best
Or do I pursue love

I read each line to see if it made sense!.!.!.or whether you simply needed to find a rhyming word!.
The first line I had trouble with, but does it mean
(Do you prefer it if love isn't on the menu!?) Yes!?
Next line!.!.!.hm!.!.!.not sure
Next line!.!.!.!.hm!.!.!.again
Next verse
Of all the things we placate!.!.!.!.don't get the connection to the previous three lines
Now, having picked your lovely song to pieces, I must say!.!.!.in most songs I hear none of the lyrics make much sense!!!
So, I think work on it if you want it to be a poem, but go with what you have if you want it to be a songWww@QuestionHome@Com
