One could be "You could have knocked me down with a feather" meaning what you said or what I saw did not take much to alarm me!. Another might be "He was three bricks short of a load" meaning he was not very bright!. "My heart bled for her" meaning I was sorry for her!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
