As she ran and the trees blew,
She realized the only place she knew, would be the only place she’d ever be!.
She hoped and prayed and knew that dreams never came alive
One day she woke up and realized she was still inside
One of the dreams she never let get through
The pain she embraced
Wasn’t there, as she paced wondering, wondering, how!?
How could it be, that everything
That she could see
Was not how it had always been!?
She finds herself thinking of Life
And wondering why when things are good
Something has to be so bad
And the constant in her life will be Pain!.
Pain, though miraculous forms took flight in her life,
Life its self never answered her questions!.
And there they sat, empty and waiting!.
Empty and waiting she read her books
And made the sounds on the cold black and white keys!.
The clock went around and around again and little did she notice!.
But she didn’t notice!.
The dry crisp words on the page in front of her nose
Read the words and definitions
But little did she notice, that Life tends to send foreshadowing
For those wise enough to seek it!.
She followed the dark black horse through the forest
Only looking to get more lost !.
As she ran and the trees blew, she realized the only place she knew, would be the only place she’d ever be!.
And for once in this Life she realized, that somebody loved her, more than the crisp dry words in the books and the cold Piano!.
And for once in this Life she was ok with letting that wild horse run, faster than she could keep up!.
