Some girls want bling- bling
I want baubles
Give me simple pleasures
Give me honesty
Give me understanding
I will give my hand
I will trust your word
keep your secrets safely
Don’t give me bling -bling
Give me baubles!.
Side by side and side by each
Keeping troubles out of reach
We will walk on sandy beaches
Eating luscious Georgia peaches
Picking up seashells
I’m sporting my baubles!.
Bling -bling is ok but I like baubles!.
Pretty stones, wooden beads
Potato beads, dried out seeds
Baubles, baubles, baubles

I'm not the bling type either!. I wear my wedding ring, a small ruby (first gift from my husband) on the other hand, and on my chest a pin of the American flag, next to it, the Marine Corps Eagle Globe & Anchor emblem!. That's it!. That's me!.

I love this poem!.
You have put perspective back in relationships!. It isn't the 6 carat diamond ring that makes a marriage, it is the extra 6 hours the couple find just for each other in their busy lives!.
This stanza struck me as awesome! I was there; walking on the shore with peach juice dripping from my mouth, ready to wash it off in the sea when I was finished -- obviously my imagination filled in the details!. It is wonderful!.
