Flight of Nancy

Head down Hands up
She pauses in awe
A world gone at her feet
Shards of hope glisten
Reflections of a life
Arcing off wailing walls

Wrapped in romanticism
Her cocoon of beauty
Silent wings emerge
Above it all, she sees
Perfection balancing

One last leap of faith
This butterfly sings
Harmonic hues bursting
Immaculate echoes

Floating in whimsy
Turning tears down
She winks, waves
Laying waste to woe

Life is new
Love is new
She is new

I always say "dude" when I'm nervous!.

I have this image of a girl/lady doing a cartwheel, wearing one of those new / improved "freedom" Tampax things!.

She's dressed in a white cotton shirt and beige cotton slacks!. Barefoot!.

It's a sunny day, slight breeze, the grass is lush and when she lands on her feet a tall handsome type appears and they stroll away holding hands!.
