Yes very familiar! When laying down without distraction thoughts are so clear!. When standing words and thoughts slowly leave the mind because of distractions!. We need the soothing thoughts that were there and feel sad that they are not there to comfort anymore!. It is back to reality good or bad!. I love your writing!
