A Morning Poem

Jasper a passing elf
takes pity on me
pushing the red button
'Nectar of the Gods' is started!.

Odor from the rising steam
drifts into my room
pulls me screaming
out of dreamland!.

Morning dawns
hot cup within the hand
Sonic's 'cup of gold'
wipes the fog from my mind!.
