Question: Do i have a talent in poetry!?
Hello i am a 12 year old girl that people say i have a talent in poetry!.
To be honest i kind of disagree, haha!. Please just check out 2 of the poems i wrote-- :D
Love
What is the meaning of love
Why does it exist
Why does it bother us so much
And why is it so hard to resist
Is it something you learn
Is it something you feel
Does it hurt does it burn
is it in the mind or is it real
Can you create it
Do you have to go through it
Why do people deny it
Why do people seek it
Is it simple
Is it complicated
Is it betraying
Is it easy to get addicted
Complication
Hysteria
Hallucination
Addiction
Paranoia
Nausea
Emotions
Betrayal
Tears
Are all that comes with love!.
But people seek it!.

Life
What am I living for
Where is the path to my door
How do I get out
I should go on which route
Which road should i take
Should I take none
For my future is at stake
Which one is the one
My future is blank
My posibilities Shrank
My days are meaningless
Im showing lifelessness
What do i have to find
To hear my calling
What do i need to do
To keep myself from falling

Good start, I'd say excellent for a 12 year old, actually!. On a higher level, they're very basic poems that don't deviate much from the norm, but for your age, I'm fairly impressed!. I think if you keep at it, when you mature more and your vocabulary grows, you'll be a very good writer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Yes, I think you have quite a talent in poetry, and with practice, you could be excellent!!
I think the love one is the best, but both are great!.
And please believe me, I'm not just being nice, I hardly ever hold in my opinions, because I prefer other people to tell me the truth, so I do the same to others!.

If you believe in yourself, you are good!.If you don't,its just the other way round!. The talent comes through heart and it is considered a talent if you believe in your heart!. Just listen to it what it is trying to say you!.
