Accomplishments

I’ve re-read Caste?eda;
I’ve read the Tao-te Ching,
Plato , Aristotle, Yeats,
damn near everything!.

I’ve studied old Pythagoras
(he was a little whacked!)
and I’ve conducted Mozart;
the concert hall was packed!.

I’ve read the Bible several times
when I’ve felt I must atone!.
Hawking blew my doors in
but I guess I’m not alone!.

St!. Vincent Millay, Stephens, Joyce,
Plath, the list goes on!.
And yet I cannot keep a job;
I live with Dad & Mom!.

but missed a woman's touch!.

The Himalayas I scaled no prob,
I ascended them with total ease,
Nobel Peace Prize won,

even won the Pulitzer for lit,
but I still haven't a chance,

This world has many a prize,
