Question: I can't find who wrote this poem!.!.!.!?

Ok, so on my test today i read a poem called "Sucess"
and, i need help finding out who wrote it, or a link please!. or even the poem!. the only parts i remember are:::
"To sucess is to
Laugh a lot, and loudly,
Earn the respect of intelligent people, and the affection of children,
ect!.!.
ect!.!.
Those are the only parts i remember!. so, please help me :)
