She stares loathingly into the realms of her reflection as her gaze fragments her body, revealing a gluttonous failure!.
Ugly is a four-letter word that belts her sanity with the lashes of a thousand crimes!.
She hates herself with every bite, as anger swells beneath her tongue and fear consumes all logic!.
She escapes from her weakness and in panic retires to the safe embrace of polished porcelain!.
She redeems herself!.
For each sin, she forces her perfect painted nails past her soft scarlet lips!.
Punishment has ensued, yet the stench of failure will forever blemish her reflection with ugliness!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you are on the right track!.You have the courage to express such intense feelings of a state of mind, but still a bit shy to manifest its entirety in continuous motion; rather, you chose the snapshots/slide show projection scheme!.I like your verse, you took me there for a moment!. i have never attempted to create a prose like poem out of fear of the frankenstein outcome!. But yours is sincerely magnificent!. it is eloquent and articulately placed together!. wow!. ugly is indeed a powerful word which hides the world in obscurity!.

I like how it reveals the cycle of self-hatred and self inflicted punishment!. It shows how the punishment leeds to more shame which then feeds the self-hatred!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
