Question: What do you think of this love poem!?
I'm missing you so terribly I can't sleep at night
Shadows cast on the walls and fill me with such frights
I know in time we'll be together
But this waiting around feels like forever
I need you by my side to hold me in your arms
I want to see your eyes spark and get lost in your charms
I have to have your tender lips pressed against mine
I'd love to be with you until the edge of time
Although I'm sad and wish you were here
I just will say it's a cross to bear
Because in the end I know what's true
You love me and I love you
I wrote it for my boyfriend but I'd like to have some opinions please!.

I think it's just fine and as a boyfriend, I would appreciate getting a poem from my gal!. It's the thought that's important in such a gift and not whether it's the finest ever written by anyone in the entire history of the world!.

You worked hard, yes!? Even so, this poem is typical, boring, meaningless to everyone besides yourself, your boyfriend (hopefully), and the several fools who love everything ever called poetry!.
