Question: Poem - An Exodus - What Say Thou!?
With suitcase in hand
He departs yet arrives
An exodus

Memories return
As living images
A looking glass

Donning silken thread
That adorns too tightly
Time progresses

Family and friends
Surround and suffocate
Contradiction

With suitcase in hand
He departs yet arrives
An exodusWww@QuestionHome@Com

Each day is a new beginning, depends on ones attitude!.

I truly like the poem, so much said, few words very insightful!. Bravo!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Departures can be rough, but they are also beginnings!. It was only when I left home at seventeen to find a real home that my life began!. It was only when Israel left the security of slavery in Egypt, that they became a people!. We live with contradictions, but in reflection find freedom!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What a journey the exodus remains, having to wander in the desert before getting to the promised land!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Picture perfect, word perfect, heart wrenching!. Thank you, Marguerite!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
