Hands down, it rains in heaven all the time,
You thought you would get there and be in your prime
But Gods got so many other things on his mind,
Like world domination and keeping us guessing!.
You believe in the fact that one man can save,
Well I'm standing here dying and losing my taste,
My father you see was never a man,
So I have nothing left to believe!.
The harshest of storms have already come my way,
19 years old and still with nothing to say!.
I'm poet in disguise with an open heart,
The one that your God tore apart!.
My brother died so now he is gone,
I didn't have the chance to sing him this song,
A new voice I have but I've worked for it,
So tell me how did God help me get it!.
You praise a man with all of your heart,
But when it comes down to it he tears it apart,
Your dreams you see he created these seams,
So he can make it easier to unfulfill your dreams!.
Like I said I'm a poet in disguise,
