Hey Sarah
The nights on our side
We can walk on the air
And sit in the sky

Listen to my voice
Guiding you through the stars
Its your own choice
But you are going too far

The city lights glow
Underneath our paths
Across the world to go
If this would only last

Our last night together
You are walking where i wont go
So much for "forever"
I only wish I'd said no

I wish we would have stopped
And looked from the view
I only wish i could watch
One more sunset with you

That is not awful!. I am a published poet!. Poetry is so personal!. You need to keep writing and improve upon you work!. Keep your head up!. Poetry is hard, but you do have the gift!.
