Question: Would you like to read this out load with gusto!?
This poem/story/ rhyme or whatever was written as it came to me!. I saw no need to change anything!. It is what I felt at the time!.
So read it out load with gusto, it might make sense!. This statement contradicts what I have preached about giving time to a poem before submitting it!.

Wake up, wake up you sleepy heads, come see what the world has to offer!. Yes you, who think the world is dammed because of the works of the dark ones coffer!. What! you say there is no hope, I'm darned if you think I'll believe that!. Stick your head out of your door and look, see what the world has to offer!.

Do you see those folk who are passing by, can you see horns poking out of their heads!. Can you see cloven feet and any long tails!.
Do you see them weeping, or gnashing of teeth or hear any moans or drawn out wails!. No, of course you don't, and you want to know why, because they are just like most of us,ordinary folk who are glad to be alive, who take the trouble to see beyond what is there who can see a world that is bright and fair!.

A beautiful world full of delights to gladden the heart!. There are things out there not even I have not seen, the unusual, mysterious the amazing!. Go, go on look for yourself, go and give it a try!. It is a gift from the great I AM, and I take off my cap and sing out my thanks to those angels who are passing by!. Angels you say, yes angels, angels who often pass by!. Why my friend, do you think they do not visit this earth!. Do you see God's messengers resting on clouds plucking on golden harp's!. Oh no, for they have other things to do!. So I ask you, who holds the hand of a mother who is about to give birth!.

Then get out of bed and fling open your doors and take a good look at this beautiful earth, then in humbleness welcome your Holy guests into your home, where in humility all can give thanks for His lowly and humble birth!. Then your home will be blessed with all manner of things, health to the navel and marrow in the bones, a larder that is full and plenty to share with other homes!. Let your light so shine and He will see your good works till you finally pass the test!. When at the veil you will stand and He will take your hand and say “Welcome thou good and faithful servant, enter into thy rest”!.

When you can write this well, editing may only diminish the immediacy, the vitality, of your prose poem!. I have a piece on the brevity of life written some five years ago and I have never considered editing it!. How can we change our heart!? This was wonderful; thank you for writing but not editing!. I actually do like this poem!. I usually do not suggest to EVER let a poem out of your hands that you have not at least one time gone back over, but for this one I will make an exception!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Preach it, brother and a resounding "Amen!"
