Question: Alright I have been brutal to a few people!. So it is pay back time!.!.!. What do you think!?
It’s pretty clear at this point
That it does not work
But I salvage TV’s
Tube type
If it’s clear I don’t have a
grand knowledge of TV’s
Then it is clear I am not talking about TV’s
But either way it is not working
As I was saying I like the tube type
Because they seem lost
Like an 80’s hair band in 2002
Not so much 2008
They are kind of cool again!.
But not so with the tube type
What am I talking about
That is the thing with these things
You never really know
Could be my marriage
But probably not
It seems to work
Like the Blues in any year
Could be me
Growing old
But I work
Maybe to hard
Like a tube type TV to still fit in
Just heavier then the rest
Rounder then the rest
Not quite as clear as the rest
Who knew I was talking about myself
Certainly not me
But that’s the thing with these things

I thought it was well written!.
Since you have been brutal I do have to point out the improper use of to instead of too and then instead of than!.
I hate to digress in such a way, you did ask though!.
I also thought the metaphor of the tubes was a bit redundant after a point!.

I haven't seen others write about such content so I applaud you for originality in thought!. A bold and brave look at your own ageing!.!.!.
I like the likeness qualities drawn back to the tube, the heaviness and the trying to fit in!.!.!.
and then the denial in the end!.!.!. very clever!.
