Question: Could, would, someone please, spare a few moments for a comment !?
I appreciate the thoughtful constructive criticisms, as well as the knee jerk reactions!. I think both are necessary in order to grow when expressing thoughts via written words, be it prose or poetry!. No title given to this as of yet!.
Humming a tune as it slowly falls,
starting out simple tonight, quiet, gentle!.
Thus, in this way the rain whispers to me, come,
a concert will soon fill the night air!.
Rain can be a bit of a cheeky, moody thing,
oft times unsure, then solemn, cheery, thoughtful, dancing!.
At once lullabies singing, then again tears flowing,
smiles are refreshed, souls become alive, hope blooms anew
!.
This show tonight had just a, special, thoughtful feeling,
rain so soulful, longing, mourning the sadness of a separation!.
Subdued, distant, the wind joins in on this darkened stage,
lending it's low, slow, mournful cry, echoes from clouds!.
Robustly performing as if cleansing it's heart,
rain was now the tears to the wind's wailing,
Lightening danced, slowly, sensing the mood,
reflecting, twisting, subdued light on the stage this night!.
Now the rain did not take notice, the wind no longer had a care,
shifting, swirling, drenching sheets of tears falling to the ground!.
Soaking earth, feeding life, hope emerges renewed,
the rain is playing the melody of my lonely soul tonight!.

From the word go i was instantly intrigued!.
It flowed really well and i didn't expect the last line
My favourite stanza was the last one and i think the last line was a very stong point to finish the poem on!.

It was truly awesome, but practice does make perfect! So keep writing and try getting your poems published as they are truly beautiful!. A good poet is who welcomes criticism as well as applauds so you have that trace in you!.
