Question: How do you think of this poem!?

"Night"

The icy wind blew hard,
Like a storm at its strongest power,
It sped quickly through the night,
All of the lights grew dark,
Just like the night sky,
Leaving me in the shivering cold,
Of the cruel, cruel night,
The rain poured through the sky,
And lightning split through the night,
The night was so dark,
It seems that I was lost,
Lost in an endless maze,
Of night

to
Like a storm at its strongest might
or
with the storms overpowering strengthWww@QuestionHome@Com

I like the concept!.!.and it shows promise!. But I think it should be considered a first draft and tidied up a bit!.

Have someone else read it out loud to you and listen careful to the tempo and the play of the words!.
