Question: I'm struggling with this one, what exactly is a converb!?
I feel dumb but I really haven't got my head around this one yet!.Is it basically a constructed oxymoron revolving about a verb!?
Or is it more of a neologism for verbs!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

" I wrote the definition in the new book!. I am trying to decide which examples to use!.

This is close!. As long at they are anti-proverbial, they are on the right track!.
Here is the new and revised textbook explanation:

CONVERB

The Converb (the opposite of Proverb) is meant to be a rude little squawk about anything that bothers the author!. There are no rhyme and meter requirements!. The only rules in Converbs are: they must be short and to the point, they must have a barbed tale or other sharp stick at the end!.

They should also be contrary to popular opinion!.
