Love poem help.?

Question: Love poem help!.!?

so i really can't decide between two ways of how to write this poem!.

it's called Do You Know!? and goes something like this

Do you know!?
Do you know what you do to me!?
Do you know I love the way you smile, the way how we can laugh!.!.!.
Do you know the sound of your voice!.!.!.
Do you know that when I think about you!.!.!.

it's longer than that, but my question is!.!.!.

would it make more sense to have "do you know!?", or "did you know"!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
