Question: A ranting poem for the sake of ranting a rant!?
The first quad theatre in Newark,
Was The Branford!.
Yet I dreamed of El Segundo
More than Fred Sanford!.
I never put faith in luck,
But back then I could see movies all day,
For only a buck!.
Afterwards we went to Burger King!.
I'd get a Whopper, no pickles, coke,
And onion rings!.
How I loved the tomato and lettuce,
And how they always said,
"Special orders don't upset us"!.
Back then, the man was Bruce Lee!.
I can't tell you how much he inspired me!.
More than anyone except Christ!
I believe in God,
Yet my tiger's claw is also nice!.
I guess this wasn't really a rant!.
Just a walk through the memories

Tucked away to return to them when we can
Some not so pleasant,from which we ran
But some so wonderful, so full of light!.
Our lamp to carry into the night!.
Reminiscencing can be a wonderful thing
