BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT Do you smell it, lads, that’s the sea, livid, vengeful!. She’s outraged that battleships have mixed blood and oil all over atop salt water!. The metallic taste in her mouth, the viscous slop mixing on the surface!. Do you blame her, vomiting up Sailors and Marines, like so much rancid meat… These are not the men she called!.
