Demused-Evolution of a Poet V
In her embrace,
I wielded powers
of the gods;
her fires smelted
my pen,
her whispers
gave it life!.
The perfect rose
opened with a kiss,
her magik became mine!.
She took
the scars of my heart,
wove them into
a brilliant tapestry,
gave me
a new name!.
Faithful unto death!.

I love how you place the true meaning of your name, 'Evadne' in the last lines but you give no explanation!.!.!. it is things like these that give such depth to a work!.!.!. at first glance many say that it is good but not great (not that ANYONE says this about your work) but if they would take time to look deeper they would see there are rivers flowing beneath your words!
I can only hope to begin a viaduct of inspiration so my poetry will have the same quality as your!.!.!. with different style, of coarse!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Yes, this is written of a beloved Muse, that much is crystal clear!. You have created a poem which epitomizes this relationship!.
