Question: Is this good poetry!? It is the second poem dedicated to the most powerful and feared troll on Yahoo Answers!?
From Heaven’s gate to earthly ground,
One moment is, as so I found!.
Transported was I through the air
Th’angelic host my soul did bear!.
O’er Tottenham and Kentish Town
The Mendip Hills and Epsom Down
O’er thunder clouds and lightning rods
E’en to the pantheon of the gods
Through Heaven’s door, those sacred portals
Usually forbid to mortals
Where reigning over all the idols
Was Llortamai, the Troll of Trolls!.
Oh Llortamai, I kneel before
Thy sacred visage, tinged with gore
For on thy victims’ bones tha’st fed
And supped their blood, ere went to bed
For on their fate, thou cares not less,
Great Llortamai the Merciless!.
Oh Llortamai, thy very name
Betrays the nature of thy game!.
For in that Holy Name encoded,
Full of poignant meaning loaded
Lies thy nature, known but to the gods!.

In my opinion, yes it's a very good poem!. You have a very good understanding and way with the English language!.The only thing I'd say about it is that idols and trolls don't rhyme unless you pronounce idols in a forced way!. also Id turn the line "usually forbid to mortals" into "usually forbid to mere mortals" to make it flow better!. Or not, whatever!. It's excellent as it is!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
