PMS
yes she said, it is sadly true
or perhaps rephrasing due
I am actually quite elated
it’s Past Men’s Syndrome!
symptoms were quite profound
flashes of worry, make up splurges
Jenny’s Seattle’s and even Watchers
all to refute those damn years
lines horizontal, colors subtle
even some nips to enhance the view
elixirs many and vitamins maxed
credit cards make beauty glow
and then it happened, yes it did
the flashes, the needs, just disappeared
I am I who I am and I am great
