Question: Have you ever wanted to fly!?

Wings burst into air unbound
Wind shakes them to flight
while feathers fly
and I watch the slowly fading ground
This is my time
to see the world
from heavens vantage point
In many colors
the fields and valleys
create a moving
Mosaic spreading to the four corners
Rivers and glens
appearing like spider threads
When in flight
my only wish is to never
have the need to land
I could sleep up here
never wake
Now
would you soar with me!?
-Upbeat much!? I have always wanted to fly!. I think this wish is shared by many… have a captured that wish in any way!?

Dear Icarus, I'm sorry to melt your wax, but some things here are making you crash land!. First, the first letters: convention at one time demanded that they be capitalized, modern standards are more relaxed!. But if you put something in a poem, you should have a good reason to do so!. What brought this to my attention was "Mosaic!." The word "mosaic" refers to a picture made of small pieces of tile!. But when you capitalize it, it means "pertaining to Moses!." And I happen to know that he had a strong aversion to flying!. Writing a poem can be a lot like piloting a plane, one mistake can bring you crashing down!. I love the view from the air - do not like airplanes though!. Here is a sight that you can tour the whole world - zoom down to house level - and never leave the comfort of your chair!. Since my family is scattered - I check on the well being - of their houses - this way!. Enjoy ?

To soar like an eagle would be a fantasy delight, I watch
