Question: Writing help! flash fiction!?

I have to write a "flash fiction" for my creative writing class!. my prof gave us the intsructions as well as a little guide on the what in should include but I just dont get it! lol!.

can anyone help me out!? what exactly is a flash fiction!? any helpful tips!?
