just learning how to laugh!.
your eyes watching my lips move!.
I stop, you already know the cue
to start your monolog!.
I try to imagine what you say!.
I reply, I love you, little girl!.
your eyes sparkle, you giggle with glee
as your hands reach for my glasses!.
sweet Emmy, in you I see
