Question: Ways of getting the creative juices flowing!.!.!.of concentrating!?

I'm trying to write this story and i was wondering if there's any way to get the creative juices flowing!? To get my brain working so i can concentrate!? Got any suggestions!? It'd be very appreciated!

Dont try just go-Get some paper and a pen and just empty your mind, it doesnt have to look right, doesnt have to be spelled right-just start venting!. Some stuff may not look good together but you can get all the ideas out and then from them give more structure to itWww@QuestionHome@Com

Its hard to describe!.!.!. A phrase or word I really like will come to me!. And I will have to write it down, and then a poem or a story will come out of it!. But if my mind is being stuborn, its really hard to start writing!. So listening to music usually helps me!. I really enjoy jazz, or some strange off the wall Indie!.
