I memorized this one when I was 16!.

They **** you up, your mum and dad!.
They may not mean to, but they do!.
They fill you with the faults they had
And add some extra, just for you!.

But they were ****** up in their turn
By fools in old-style hats and coats,
Who half the time were soppy-stern
And half at one another's throats!.

Man hands on misery to man!.
It deepens like a coastal shelf!.
Get out as early as you can,
And don't have any kids yourself!.

I don't really feel that I shouldn't have children, or say that to any one else, but I do believe that if you have children when you have major difficulties directing your own life, you can mess up another!. So instead of your child gaining your postivitiy, and being like the tree, rooted well, it becomes more like a virus or a weed!.
I had awful parents, so I know where this guys head was!.
He was deeply anti-social, wrote hate poems about love, but yet was a lover, and had a marvelous family, and he loved jazz music!. My kind of guy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
